• Bookings must be paid in advance or be guaranteed with a valid credit card. We reserve the right to make a reservation for the value of the cost of the stay on the creditcard.

• Non-refundable bookings must be paid in advance. The credit card will be used for this after making the reservation.

• Bookings made are in principle final, taking into account the cancellation conditions:

• Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.
